What is tourism, if not an invitation to discover people, flavors, and landscapes?

Cityrama, part of the Barraqueiro Group, presents itself as The perfect host or Truly, your local expert, welcoming over 120,000 people each year in Portugal. Our challenge was to communicate the brand across the country. Fom multiple perspectives: Portuguese landscape heritage, the emotion of discovery, and the dedication of the team.

So, instead of focusing only on content about places, we began photographing, filming, and sharing the emotions of people: the team members and clients. At the same time, we supported the management team in responding to passenger feedback, by reinforcing communication strategies, addressing online reviews, and contributing to the development of a live vehicle tracking app.
