Your Concierge was founded with a clear purpose: to support those arriving in Portugal who are unfamiliar with the country, offering a personalised service that takes care of everything, with discretion, efficiency, and a touch of sophistication.

At MAKING, we were responsible for creating the brand’s visual identity. We developed the creative concept and all graphic proposals. A brand that conveys serenity, professionalism, and an almost invisible yet ever-present attention to detail. More than a logo, we created a brand expression designed to welcome, guide, and accompany those who arrive. Because arriving in a new country is a sensitive moment, and the brand needed to live up to that responsibility.
