What is Tourism, if not an invitation to discover people, flavours, and landscapes?

Cityrama, part of the Barraqueiro Group, defines itself as “The Perfect Host” and “Truly, Your Local Expert,” enchanting more than 120,000 people across Portugal every year. Our challenge was to communicate across the entire country communicating the brand in an integrated way, across multiple perspectives: Portugal’s landscape heritage, the emotions of discovery, and the dedication of the team. So instead of content about places, we started photographing, filming, and communicating the emotions of People: the Team and the Clients. At the same time, we helped Management respond to passenger feedback through various communication initiatives, review responses, and a focus on developing the vehicle location app.

Culture and History as part of the experience

By sharing content that allows people to immerse themselves in the art and collective memory of a people, Cityrama added new layers of meaning to the tagline “Truly, the Local Expert.”

Portugal, with its rich artistic legacy and vibrant internationally recognised talents, holds a cultural treasure that, when communicated well, transforms simple trips into unforgettable journeys.

Humanising Tourism, Including Everyone

Consciente do impacto do Turismo na vida dos habitantes locais, a Cityrama lançou uma campanha com o objetivo específico de atrair residentes para a experiência hop-on-hop-off.

Aware of Tourism’s impact on the lives of local residents, Cityrama launched a campaign with the specific goal of attracting residents to the hop-on-hop-off experience. Geared towards family packs at a highly competitive price, this campaign brought to life one of the brand’s core values: fostering connection with local communities.
