Vindimas
Making tradition
One of the oldest agricultural traditions and represents a true cultural celebration. It embodies identity, tradition, art, history, knowledge, magic, festivity, and beauty. In Portugal, the grape harvest is a testament to the relationship between people and nature. A ritual that celebrates not only the harvest itself but also centuries of history, culture, and heritage.
Oh, Green Wine, Green Wine…
It’s Vindima until the baskets wash
Across the country, it’s possible to experience this immersive tradition that offers a deep connection to the land, to local customs, and the natural rhythm of the seasons, as well an opportunity to understand the dedication and passion behind every bottle of wine.
Participating in a grape harvest in Portugal is a chance to immerse yourself in the history and essence of our wines. From the slopes of the Douro to the plains of Alentejo, the charm of the harvest reveals some of the best Portugal has to offer excellent wines, unique landscapes, unforgettable gastronomy, and unique experiences. It’s also a chance to discover the identity of each region, and the character of each wine, and our cultural diversity.

Making Tradition come alive
We travelled many kilometers resporting Portugal’s wine heritage. From north to south, documenting the grape harvest is a way to preserve a historical archive that encompasses people, customs, gastronomy, life stories, sustainability, and economic impact.
This richness, spread across mainland Portugal that we captured through photo sessions, videos, and brand activations. A collection of works for various clients, with diverse challenges, allowed us to capture the essence and identity of Portugal!
